In view of the pandemic due to the COVID- 19 disease that is rapidly transmitted, governments of countries around the world are continuously adopting measures in order to further prevent the transmission of the disease and to limit its effects on all forms of economic activity. Due to the increased processing of personal data of Greek citizens, and more importantly sensitive personal data concerning health, the Hellenic Data Protection Authority issued Guidelines for the processing of personal data carried out in view of the measures adopted by the Greek State so as to limit the transmission of the disease.
