Labour law and social security law have been significantly reformed in the recent years and continue to be subject to constant amendment. Our assistance extends across the whole spectrum of relevant legal services, from advising how to address everyday issues, drafting contracts within a tight regulatory framework, taking into account the particularities of each different field of business activity, to litigation, always in the light of the very extensive case-law but also the practices adopted by competent administrative authorities. We advise HR departments of large enterprises, especially in view of major corporate transformations, group-level restructurings with activity in and outside Greece as a result of mergers or acquisitions. We also advise individual employees, with particular emphasis on employees’ related copyright or inventive work and the development and protection of know-how.
